DearEmployee is the platform for holistic and customized employee health promotion.

We help companies analyze employee health and working conditions and promote them with exactly the solutions people need in their company to be healthy, motivated and productive.

What drives us

We promote people’s health in the place where they spend most of their day: at work. This involves providing individuals with the support they need for their personal physical and mental well-being. But it also involves organizing their everyday working lives in such a way that they can develop their full potential.
Our expertise shows that every company and every person has an individual need. Initiatives are only effective if they fit this need exactly. We focus on employees’ individual goals, health conditions and general challenges. Our approach gives employees access to low-threshold offerings that are truly effective – regardless of their initial situation.
