Dr. Amelie Wiedemann

Dr. Amelie Wiedemann, an occupational and health psychologist, is Co-Founder & Chief Scientific Officer (CSO) of DearEmployee. Amelie has conducted research at the Freie Universität Berlin and at Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin. She has received awards from the Stress and Anxiety Research Society, among others, for her work on the effectiveness of health programs.
Daniel Fodor
Co-Founder & COO
Daniel Fodor is Co-Founder & COO of DearEmployee and responsible for Operations and Product Development. The psychologist contributed the core element to the development of the DearEmployee platform: a scientific method for identifying psychological stress in the workplace, which he developed at Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin. With the expansion of the DearEmployee platform, Daniel is pursuing the goal of transforming employees and employers into equal and the best possible beneficiaries of a healthy workday.
Benedikt Martinez Rodriguez
CTO
Benedikt Martinez Rodriguez is the CTO of DearEmployee and responsible for product delivery, the system landscape and the overall IT strategy. The full-blooded computer scientist has many years of experience in fintech and marketing, where he technically managed a variety of projects. With his soft spot for data, product management and scaling, Benedikt wants to make a meaningful contribution to the transformation of the job market.
