On what topics can I get advice?

No matter what worries or challenges you currently have. Our psychotherapists, pedagogical and social pedagogical as well as nursing specialists advise you competently, empathetically and solution-oriented on the following topics:

How does the consultation work?

1. Call: You call and give the name of your company and division, other details are optional – none of your details will ever be passed on to your employer.
2. Referral: The contact person will put you in touch with exactly the right specialist advisor:in within 48 hours – this can be socio-educational, educational or care specialists as well as psychotherapists – depending on your concerns.
3. Initial consultation: The expert contacts you by phone, e-mail or video chat – depending on which form of contact you want.
4. Further consultation: You decide whether you want further appointments and whether the consultant should support you beyond that, e.g., in the search for further support such as a place in therapy.

Is the counseling anonymous?

Yes. The use is 100% anonymous. You will only be asked to provide the name of your company and division when you call. All other personal information is voluntary and subject to confidentiality. Your employer will only receive the following anonymized evaluations so that workplace-related improvements can be derived, if necessary:

  • The frequency of use of the consultation service across all employees per month.
  • Distribution of use by request type (e.g., “number of psychosocial counseling on private issues”).
  • Division of use by business unit (e.g., location).
  • Notification of conspicuously frequent use from a corporate unit.

How qualified are the contact persons?

Depending on your concerns, you will always be referred to the most appropriate contact person.

In the case of psychosocial counseling, we will only refer you to licensed psychological psychotherapists.

If you request support in the area of family services, a competent team of pedagogical and socio-pedagogical specialists as well as nursing staff will be available to you as contact persons. It doesn’t matter whether you have questions about pregnancy, childcare, raising children, daycare, school or caring for relatives: You will always speak to the right expert.

All consultants are subject to strict quality management and receive continuous training.

How long can I get advice?

Psychosocial counseling by our psychological psychotherapists is limited to a maximum of three hours per case. How these 3 hours are divided up can be agreed upon individually (e.g. 6 sessions of 30 minutes each).

Consultation requests for family service are unlimited in time – we consult until we have found a solution for you (99% susccess rate).

Who is allowed to consult?

The offer of psychosocial counseling is aimed at all employees.

The family service for parental counseling is aimed at all employees with children and their partners.

The family service for care advice is aimed at all employees and their relatives in need of care within the definition of § 7 para.3 in the German Care Leave Act.
